Cheela chilla
Ingredients:
1 cup gram flour (besan)
1 small onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
½ tsp turmeric powder
½ tsp red chili powder
Salt to taste
Water (as needed)
Oil for cooking
Instructions:
In a bowl, mix gram flour, onion, green chili, coriander, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
Add water gradually and make a smooth, lump-free batter (medium thickness).
Heat a pan or tawa and lightly grease it with oil.
Pour a ladle of batter onto the pan and spread it into a thin circle.
Cook on medium heat, drizzle a little oil around the edges, and flip when golden.
Cook the other side until crisp and fully cooked.
Serve hot with green chutney or curd.
